Where I can get my order?

  • In our facilities at Polígono Industrial Mirabueno s/n, 23650 Torredonjimeno, Jaén.
  • At your home.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • For shipments to the Peninsula, the estimated time is 1 to 3 business days. We consider a business day to be business days from Monday to Friday, except for official holidays marked in the official calendar.
  • For shipments to the European Union and the Balearic Islands, the delivery time will be 5 to 12 business days. We consider a business day to be business days from Monday to Friday, except for official holidays marked in the official calendar.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

We have several transport agencies with which to make shipments. The amount of shipping costs will vary depending on the total weight and delivery location. During the purchasing process you will be able to see the shipping price.

RETURNS

Can I make an item exchange?

To make any exchange, you must first make the return and then place a new order.

How many days do I have to return my order?

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return it.

How do I make the return?

Returning an order is very simple. You just have to follow these steps. But remember that for any questions or help you can contact us by email info@alvaoliva.com or by phone 953341480.

1.- Mandatory prior process before shipping

Contact us via email info@alvaoliva.com informing us of:

  • Order number
  • List of products you wish to return (code and units)
  • And one of the two reasons for return that we indicate below:
  1. 1. Wrong order.
  2. 2. Defective item.

2.- Packaging of the merchandise

The products must be sent in a closed package, in perfect condition and packaged without rubbing or damage and, if possible, in their original packaging. It will speed up the procedures if they are accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

3.- Method of transportation

The products must be sent postage paid. Shipments with postage due will not be accepted.

4.- Refund of the charge

Once we receive your package in our warehouses, it will take us a few days to check your return and process it. Once controlled and correct, we will proceed to reverse the charge to the same card with which you made the payment. If these requirements are not met, the merchandise will be returned to the sender.

Oleícola Álvarez will not be responsible for the products until they arrive at its warehouse. Products that have a seal must be returned with said seal, without removing it.
