¿Cuánto tardará en llegar mi pedido?
- Para envíos a Península el tiempo estimado es de 1 a 3 días hábiles. Consideramos día hábil los días laborables de lunes a viernes, exceptuando los festivos oficiales marcados en el calendario oficial.
- Para envíos en la Unión Europea y Baleares, el plazo de entrega será de 5 a 12 días hábiles. Consideramos día hábil los días laborables de lunes a viernes, exceptuando los festivos oficiales marcados en el calendario oficial.
¿Cuánto he de pagar de gastos de envío?

1.- Mandatory prior process before shipping
Contact us via email info@alvaoliva.com informing us of:
- Número de pedido
- Relación de productos que desean devolver (código y unidades)
- Y uno de los dos motivos de devolución que le indicamos a continuación:
- 1. Pedido erróneo.
- 2. Artículo defectuoso.
2.- Packaging of the merchandise
The products must be sent in a closed package, in perfect condition and packaged without rubbing or damage and, if possible, in their original packaging. It will speed up the procedures if they are accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
3.- Method of transportation
The products must be sent postage paid. Shipments with postage due will not be accepted.
4.- Refund of the charge
Once we receive your package in our warehouses, it will take us a few days to check your return and process it. Once controlled and correct, we will proceed to reverse the charge to the same card with which you made the payment. If these requirements are not met, the merchandise will be returned to the sender.
